Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days after your order has been placed. All products are checked, wrapped and carefully packaged to make sure they arrive with you as expected.
Postage and packaging is calculated during the checkout process and will depend on the destination, weight and size of your order. We use Royal Mail for all our UK & International orders.

Orders to the UK will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For post. This service requires a signature upon delivery so please provide an address where you are able to receive your order. Please allow approximately 1-3 working days for your delivery.
Alternatively, if you are not in Royal Mail will leave a card notifying you of their attempt to make delivery and provide you with further instructions on how to collect your order. Please note that this is not a tracked for service.
Orders overseas are shipped by Royal Mail International Standard post. Please allow approximately 5-14 working days for your delivery.
Please note that import duties/tax or bank/credit card processing fees may apply to your International Order. In these instances, please be aware that you will be liable to pay for these additional charges.
We hope you are delighted with your Note & Worth purchase, but understand that you might want to change your mind.
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number plus details of the item/s you wish to return.
You have 14 days from the day you take physical possession of the goods to let us know that you want to cancel. Plus a further 14 days from time of notification to return unwanted goods.
We are happy to refund or replace goods providing it has been returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in a perfectly resalable condition.
If for some reason your goods are damaged upon arrival, please send us detailed photos so we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Please send return items using a signed for postal service to track your return delivery. You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the goods are faulty. You are also responsible for the goods until it has reached us. We are unable to offer a refund nor replace goods which have been damaged or lost in transit.
When we receive your returns, we’ll inspect your item/s and notify you of our decision by email. If/ when a refund is approved, we’ll aim to do so within 2 working weeks.

Our products are made in small quantities and finished by hand. It is inherent that slight variations may occur during the production and finishing process, albeit very few as we have checked each and everyone ourselves.
We have done our best to represent our products accurately, faithfully and to scale online for you, though please note colours may vary from screen to screen. To avoid disappointment please review our product descriptions carefully and check dimensions.
